Could also be sun scorch. Water droplets sitting on the leaves after watering and the sun beating down causes white spots or patches where the water was. As a general rule water the base of the plant not the leaves. Having said all has the sun actually shone much of late!?
Could be mildew, you'll have to keep an eye on it as mildew has a habit of spreading and eventually the leaves will die and fall off. You could try treating with a garden fungicide spray or if its just a couple of leaves then remove them now before it spreads.

I have to say I have never got mildew on tomato plants - more often on cucumber and courgette plants.
